About Lindsey
Lindsey St.John is based in San Diego, California and has been photographing Southern California suburbs for about 7 years. The overarching theme of his work is capturing the ordinary overlooked things and environments of everyday life.
The subject matter is mostly in suburbia, shopping malls, business parks, housing tracts and industrial sites are a rich source of material for his photography. The goal of his work is to expand peoples notion of what’s attractive and visually appealing.
About my work:
He find it rewarding photographing the ordinary places around him, they are plentiful and when the light hits them just right their beauty is revealed. When successful, He feels he has uncovered a hidden treasure and fortunate to document it with his camera.
